Ever since my Vietnam trip in January, I've been obsessed with Vietnamese style yogurt. Don't worry - it's nothing "weird". Just that it's made with condensed milk, so it's slightly sweeter than plain yogurt.
We finally nailed the recipe!
Note: we used baby food jars.
Frozen version: so good after a work-out.
Fresh version: look at how smooth the texture is!
