Caramel Salted Chocolate Cupcakes

So happy to be done with one exam, I decided to reward myself with some baking. 

Chocolate Cupcakes filled with Fleur-de-sel Caramel and ganache frosting


The magic ingredient: 


The batter was so good I wanted to eat it all with a spoon. 


Making salted caramel: be patient! Never rush caramelization. 


While you wait, make holes in your cupcakes. 

(you can eat the cut out pieces hihi)


Delicious, creamy caramel done!


Pour it into the cupcakes: 


Make your dark, satiny frosting: 

(so delicious)


Pipe your frosting, and voilà!


These might be my best cupcakes ever. To die for.
