These might be the best cookies ever - depending on your tastes of course. I personally love textured foods and these cookies are perfect for that. They have about 3 times more rolled oats than flour in them. I think the magic ingredient might be the wheat germ - healthy and delicious.
The recipe says you can either use raisins or chocolate chips. I would also suggest cranberries to cut on the sweetness for those of you who don't eat too sweet.
The batter itself was soooo good I could've eaten this whole thing raw.
Getting ready to go into the oven:
In the recipe, they tell you bake the cookies for 14 minutes at 350 degrees. However, I found that the perfect baking time is 20 minutes.
ET VOILÀ!
I'm telling you. Amazing! I have to restrain myself from eating more than... 3.
Thank you Martha!
Eat away my babies,
M.
