Mahi Mahi

What's for dinner tonight? 

Almond-crusted mahi mahi served with mango salsa and quinoa

This is the first time I made anything "crusted". My technique needs some practice, but this was really good.

I LOVE this salsa. Wow. 
Remember: Work with what you have at home. Mom had just bought a whole case of mangoes. It inspired me!
